Dog welfare
Your Dog’s Needs
Every dog is different, so our care is built around welfare, temperament and realistic expectations.
Your dogs welfare comes first
Your dog’s welfare is paramount, physically and emotionally. We aim to strike a careful balance between what your dog needs and what you would like from us, so the experience improves life for everyone.
We all want different things from our pets. Some people simply want companionship, while others want to compete to a high standard in their chosen field of training. Whatever your needs, we try to respect them while your dog is in our care.
Good with dogs and people
Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs and reliable with people. This keeps the environment safe, relaxed and enjoyable.
No dangerous or unpredictable behaviour
We cannot accept dogs who are dangerous or unpredictable. It would not be fair to them, to other dogs or to our team.
Early training matters
Our philosophy is to train and socialise early wherever possible, helping prevent problem behaviour before it becomes established.
